Our guarantee is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of art, and the art is returned in good condition, full purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to you.
Payment Plans
For collectors on a limited budget, we offer Payment Plans on works priced at $125 and above. These allow you to pay for the art in monthly installments over a period of up to 1 year. We charge no interest. We retain the art until it's fully paid for, then ship it to you. It's a practical way to make sure that one-of-a-kind piece you've fallen in love with doesn't get away! Just look for the Payment Plan button by the individual artwork.
Availability of Original Works
Original Works are subject to prior sale. Write or call to check availability of original works, and of Artist's Proofs of limited editions. The first person to agree to pay in full for an available work is granted the right to purchase that work.
Refunds
If notified within 7 days from date you received the art, and if art is returned in saleable condition, full purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Copyrights
Artist specifically reserves copyrights on images created by him, including original works which have been sold, except when stated otherwise in writing. Ownership of an original work does not confer reproduction rights to that work.
